German architect – son of Gottfried BÖHM and grandson of Dominikus BÖHM – and dean of the faculty of architecture at the “TH Köln” | 1959 born in Cologne / Germany | 1980-82 works in Munich at a landscape architecture office | 1982-90 studies architecture at “Technische Hochschule” in Berlin and Vienna | 1991 works for Richard MEIER in New York | 1997 becomes partner in his father´s office | 2001 establishes his own office | 2006 wins the competition announced by the Turkish-Islamic Union (DITIB) for the construction of the Central Mosque in Cologne | 2012 becomes board member of the “Haus der Architektur Köln”
