Dutch architect and representative of the architectural movement “Structuralism”, who is best known for the unusual cube houses in Helmond and Rotterdam | 1934 born in Amsterdam, Netherlands | 1959 trained as a carpenter and architectural draftsman and then graduates in architecture from the “Academie van Bouwkunst” in Amsterdam | 1969-73 “De Kasbah project” in Hengelo | 1975-77 completes first cube houses in Helmond | 1978-1984 builds more cube houses in Rotterdam | 1999 died in Denmark
