1886 born in Tôkyô Prefecture | 1912 graduates from the department of architecture, “Tôkyô Imperial University”, enters Mamizu Komusho | 1913 commissions to “Sone & Nakajo Architectural Office”, engages in the design of “Taisho Exposition” | 1914 joins “Shimizu-gumi”, becomes an engineer of design department | 1920 moves to “Dai-Ichi Bank” and becomes chief of architecture department | 1921 travels to the United States to study banking architecture | 1926 takes a study trip through Europe and the United States | 1931 retires from Dai-Ichi Bank and opens “Nishimura Architectural Office” | 1951 becomes president of the “Japan Institute of Architects” and a member of the “Central Council of Architects” | 1961 died
