Italian architect and designer, humanist, poet and painter. Works with his wife Doriana O. Mandrelli FUKSAS for over 30 years. Both are partners in “Studio Fuksas” | 1944 born in Rome / Italy | 1967 opens architecture office in Rome | 1969 graduates in architecture at “La Sapienza University”, Rome | 1989 opens office in Paris | 1993 another office  in Paris | 1995 office in Vienna / Austria | 2000 director of the “Biennale di Venezia” | 2002 office in Frankfurt / Germany; honorary fellowship of the American Institute of Architects | 2006 honorary fellowship of the Royal Institute of British Architects, London | 2008 opens office in Shenzen, China
