The shrine in the city of Kôfu, Yamanashi prefecture, is dedicated to the gods of the famous warrior TAKEDA Shingen (1521-1573). Commissioned by Emperor Taishô in 1915, the Shintô shrine was completed four years later. The annual commemoration of TAKEDA Shingen’s death takes place in April.
