Himeji City 姫路市

Himeji is the second largest city in Hyôgo prefecture in terms of commerce, industry and population, and famous for its world heritage site, the Himeji castle. The Sanyô Shinkansen, Sanyô Main Line and National Route 2 run through the city area from east to west. Himeji station is located 1 km directly south of the castle.
