At 133 metres (including the antenna) the World Port Tower is a key landmark in the Kop van Zuid urban regeneration programme and occupies a prominent position directly on the Nieuwe Maas, opposite Rotterdam city centre, between the cruise terminal, the Hotel New York and the Montevideo Tower, the tallest residential building in the Netherlands.
