ISOZAKI Arata created the masterplan for “Nexus World”. The residential area should have been dominated by two tall towers designed by him, but unfortunately these were never realised. Although Isozaki provided the overall urban development plan, he gave the other architects a great deal of freedom in this experimental residential complex.
