The 70,000 square metre park in the mountains of Hakone was the first open-air art museum and the first sculpture park in Japan when it opened in 1969. On display are around 120 works and collections of international artists, some of them renowned and world-famous, such as PICASSO, RODIN and Niki DE SAINT PHALLE. The museum also has one of the most extensive collections of works by English sculptor Henry MOORE.
