The Middelheim Museum is a Belgian open-air art museum for modern and contemporary sculpture opened in 1951. It is located in the Middelheim Park, part of the Nachtegalenpark, in Antwerp, Flanders. The sculpture park covers some thirty hectares, and the museum is the oldest of its kind and enjoys international fame. The collection of more than 400 works (of which more than 250 are permanently on display in the open air) provides an overview of more than 100 years of sculpture and plastic art.
