“Saint Peter” / Roman Catholic Church

Construction of the church started in 1973, three years after the foundation stone was laid, and underwent many delays before its completion in 2006. The church is a major work of the post-war movement for the renovation of religious art, on a par with the Chapelle Notre-Dame du Haut in Ronchamp (1953) and the Couvent Sainte-Marie de la Tourette (1959).
